【Short-Term Program】UWE Bristol 2024 International Summer School

The University of the West of England (UWE) in the UK is hosting the "2024 International Summer School English and Culture Program."
 
The program includes two weeks of 30 classes, airport transfers from London, visits to four major cities in the UK (London, Oxford, Bath, and Bristol), single-suite accommodation on the UWE campus, and a participation certificate from UWE Bristol University.
 
The cost, partly sponsored by UWE, is only £1,990 (approximately NT$79,000), excluding airfare and meals.

1. The University of the West of England (UWE) is one of the largest and most popular universities in the UK, with over 38,000 students and more than 600 departments. It ranks 24th in the 2023 UK University Rankings by The Guardian and is among the top 400 universities in the world according to the Times Higher Education (THE). Located in Bristol, which has been named the most livable city in the UK over the years, it is known as the "City of Film" by the United Nations, and is also renowned as an artistic hub. Our university boasts the largest robotics research center in Europe, with the Arts and Design School ranking second in the UK and the Business School in the top six. We have deep collaborations with companies such as Rolls-Royce, Airbus, BBC, Bloomberg, Oscar-winning animation studios, Dyson, and many other well-known enterprises. 

2. The aforementioned itinerary includes accompanying teachers, airport transfers in London, UK SIM cards, travel medical insurance, 30 classes of authentic British English courses, communication skills workshops and practice sessions, tours of London, Oxford, Bath, and Bristol (including London Eye tickets), guided tours by professional guides, single-suite accommodation on campus (with shared kitchen, restaurant, and lounge, and weekly room cleaning service), official course certificate from UWE Bristol, as well as welcome and farewell dinners. 

3. Round-trip flights will be arranged through our cooperating travel agency after registration. This program is open to individuals aged 18 and above, with limited spots available, priority given to students from UWE's partner universities in Taiwan (YunTech is not among the partner universities).
