Changes to LSEG Workspace T&B, Workspace IWM, and associated Workspace T&B and IWM Add-ons
 
In H1 2024, Refinitiv, an LSEG business, is transforming Workspace T&B and Workspace IWM through content consolidation, name and invoicing simplification.
 
What does this mean for you?
● On April 1st, 2024, Workspace T&B Add-on and Workspace IWM Add-on will no longer be separately chargeable items and their respective costs will be consolidated in the fees for the Workspace T&B or IWM base product. Accordingly, your invoice will show the Workspace T&B Add-on and Workspace IWM Add-on as a zero-rated charge. The consolidated fee will reflect the same price that you have been paying for both Workspace T&B or Workspace IWM and their associated Add-on.
● On July 1st, 2024, Workspace T&B and Workspace IWM product names on your invoice will be simplified to “Workspace”, and the Workspace T&B Add-on and Workspace IWM Add-on will no longer show on your invoice. Other add-ons may now appear as free of charge line items on your invoice.
 
Please be assured that your user experience, content and existing total monthly fees will remain unchanged.
